Lunch was good

It was the second last day at work 2day and only half a day awaits me. Won't know what time we finish till 2morrow but hopefully lunch time.
The big main boss was at work 2day wishing us all a safe and merry Christmas and gave us free lunch with an extra half hour to eat.
There would have been about 30 boxes of pizza, party pies, sausage rolls, pasties and lotsa desserts. Yummo. Think I ate too much though but free food always seems to taste better then the bought stuff. We got a free big ham to take home as well. I hope you are all having a great time on your holidays. Have a Merry Christmas.

Living

Hello everyone,
I know I haven't posted anything lately but its simply because I find writing about my life simply boring because I would rather be out experiencing it.
My weekend was a big, long and busy weekend but was also very exciting. Since my last post in September I have been to Murrabit, Charasbrook, Dayelsford, Chewton and Melbourne. I have met some of my cousins, aunties, uncles and grandparents. As of Saturday I also found out that I will be an aunty. I am expecting most of you to have given up on checking my blog by now but since I found out today that one of my friends actually is still checking it I thought I might just make a small effort.
I'll b getting back to my life now.
Take care

Just like any other day

Today was just like any other day. I got up at 5.20am to start my day. It generally takes me 40mins to wake up before I push myself out of bed to prepare for the day ahead. I manage to leave around 6.30am and make my way to work and hope my parking space is vacant.
There is not usually a day that goes by that someone manages to injure themselves due to repetition and general distractions of others who brighten the day, though they are generally not seriouse injuries. Even though we are expected to get out 32 garments every hour we persist to try our best at it for the first 3 hours and then mischief usually takes over. It becomes almost like April fools only constantly thinking of new trickery.
First the person leaves for a toilet break then they must be on guard for when they come back and just expect anything. Whether it is hand cream all over the buttons they are sewing or on the garments or the pen they write with. There has been sleeves sewn together with there jackets they have left. Or button sewn on the back of the jackets. Cottons are cut, bobbins taken out which results in a Loud screaming noise from the sewing machine once they try to sew and drink bottles are hidden. To think all this goes on and we still manage to get out around 200 garments if not more.

cravings

I don't know if it happens to you but it's always happening to me.
I'll just be minding my own business writing emails, reading a book and not even thinking about food and BAM! It'll hit me. My taste buds will just crave for something and won't stop craving for it until I've had it. It can be 3 weeks or longer and I'll have the same craving. The strangest thing is that it will be for something that I haven't had for a long long time.
A couple of months ago I had a craving for a Taco. This was really strange as it is not usually something that I would order when going to a restaurant or eat at home. My last taco would have been when I was in grade 4 which is 12 years ago. I was not satisfied with any food (not even chocolate) until I had a taco.
It's usually 3-4weeks until my next craving after I’ve had my last craving unless it's influenced by someone. For example, I had a craving for chips and gravy, so Trav, Pauline and I went out for chips and gravy but Pauline also orders a fried dim sim. So after eating chips and gravy I had cravings for a dim sim but I always end up torturing myself until I can no longer stand it and just have to have what I'm craving.
Tonight at 9.30pm it happened. I hadn't had a craving for anything for 3 weeks and BAM! It hit me. I now crave a chocolate milk shake. Now I will see how long it will be until I can give into my craving.

Stay tuned for my next craving.
